Sounds like a lawsuit. I would fight it. If fired, file employment. Seems like you already gave COVID. Might as well get into travel nursing. Go make some real money in New York.

It can be. If the dean is fired. Not something that’s hard to do but it requires unity among students to fight for their program.

I mean obviously they would withdraw their acceptance. Didn’t think I had to type out the obvious.

I would say continue interviewing and accept other offers. If Union doesn’t bottom out, show up on the first day of class. If it does, you have a back up plan. Once you are enrolled, the teach out applies to you regardless. University of St Francis closed and the students who were accepted early last fall but haven’t started, were left high and dry. They can file lawsuits since the school knew it was closing since January 2019.

Finding all new staff and a director in a few months? That are happy with what the school is offering that’s causing current staff to not renew their contracts? Convincing them to move to........................................Jackson? I am not quite sure. Maybe they can snag the faculty that quit at LMU. Or the ones that lost their jobs at University of St Francis. I do know other programs aren’t obligated to adopt Union’s students. Myself and a few others are creating our personal contingency plans. Just thought you all would like to know. We are all adults and should be able to make life changing decisions with all of the facts. Best of luck!

The entire nurse anesthesia faculty are planning to quit effective August 2020. If you love yourself and your future, think twice. They love what they do but they have been pushed against the wall by "leadership". Many people apply to Union because of our amazing faculty. I think you all have a right to know.
