  1. At this point wish they would just send our rejection emails already, so I can know if it’s a no for sure or not
  2. There is, the only problem is not enough facilities either want to or have the funds to invest in new grads. Which is sad because the boomers are going to retire and a to. Of facilities are going to be stuck with unsafe staffing or paying travelers to make ends meet. When they could just be smart and invest in us! We’re hungry for knowledge and experience, we’re eager to learn and give all that we have to our patients. wow.... if only things were like that in California
  3. ? I really hope your right because TBH it’s really hard out here for new grads.... even with a Bachelors degree
  4. I have a friend that called HR and they told her that the NICU manager has been out the past 3 week so the applications for that unit could be routed this week to that unit
  5. Has anyone that applied for the NICU heard back?
  6. Did your status change as well or did you solely receive an email?
  7. Has anyone heard back yet? ? this wait is killing me.....
