We heard from the nursing education dept for nursing orientation! We got our schedule for the week, except for Monday. My manager said HR will be reaching out today with details for Monday. So for those of you starting June 22nd, I wouldn’t expect for them to reach out until June 18 or 19th.

My unit manager sent an email stating that we’re starting on time! June 8th. But I have not heard from HR as far as schedule for the first week. As of today, I don’t know where/what time we’ll be meeting on Monday.

Oh that makes sense! I thought everyone but Peds was starting April 6th! This delay makes me so sad ?

I just got a call saying we’re pushed back to June 8th. ? They said the entire program is pushed back. Not sure why they said June 22nd to someone else. They said with what’s going on, there aren’t enough preceptors. Updated offer letters with new start date to be sent out this week.

I heard peds interviewed Dec 13th. I think they send rejections after Jan 31st.

Has anyone that interviewed with 8ICU or oncology received a rejection? Asking for myself and my friend ?

I could be wrong because I didn’t ask for clarification but I’m guessing she meant candidates only interview once before getting a job offer/no offer. So there will be no invitations for a second interview basically. That’s what I understood from that but I could be wrong!

For those of you wondering about the timeline, they gave us the dates of the new grad recruitment process at the interview! Dec 2-Dec 13: all interviews are being held Dec 14-Jan 31: review candidates and select finalists Jan 31st: all offers made I asked about offers and the lady at the front dest told me that units may make offers before Jan 31st. That’s just the deadline! To her knowledge, units only interview once, most candidates have already been called but “in review” wont change until after Jan 31st.
