  2. Me too, Acute Care! , I'm in the Tampa Bay FL area
  3. Holy sweet mercy!!!! I'm in!!!!!!! Acute Care Track!!
  4. looking back at last years thread from Duke Fall MSN 2019, decisions were posted March 22nd which was a Friday, and it looks like it was 5 pm. Geez! I just hope is this Friday and not next! I had no idea Interviews were still going on! Best of Luck to everyone!
  5. How crazy is it that my other school which I accepted a spot in late January is already registering me for classes! I already had to submit all my immunizations, got advising and everything! Good luck to everyone!
  6. Maybe the committee met today? this goes in par with what someone said in an earlier post that they would meet on the 16th. Hope so!
  7. CJRN07, same here. I accepted another offer and if I get into Duke, ill be forfeiting my deposit as well. Has anybody seen change in their application status? I've had 'Interview' but it changed to 'Under Commitee Review" today. Anybody else got this change?
  8. are you guys following all the coronavirus craziness?! it looks like Duke is one of the universities that suspended all on campus classes and is moving everything to online instruction for the time being. They are also allowing most of the staff to work remotely too. All this will delay decisions, for sure?! how are you guys holding up? My hospital is implementing a lot of new protocols, policies and procedures as a way to revamp preparedness. Anyways, I work in the ER so I'm in the frontlines! ?
  9. sure thing! keeping my fingers crossed for all of us. I applied back in October, so I've been waiting since then! Thats what they told me too, mid-March to early-April for decisions.
  10. Hi BeachBabeC! I'm from Tampa FL and will be completing my clinicals in this area. Maybe you're from Florida too hence your name?! My interviewer was the Chair of the primary care program, She was extremely nice and helpful and my whole interview seemed more like a conversation rather than a question/answer serious-interview. Are you an NP already? Good Luck to you as well!
  11. Mine still says "Interview" too. I had mine back on the 20th. My interviewer said decisions would be made late March early April. Regardless, I still check every few hours LOL. Just like others have said in this post, my interview was situational questions and very relaxed and non-threatening. She congratulated me on making it this far since she mentioned that they received over 400 applications and only 200 were offered an interview, for all tracks I think?. I applied to the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Track, any others in the same track here?
  12. Fair enough! Nataline50, what would you advice for the interview process? any tips of what they are looking for? their criteria for a good impression?
  13. Hi guys! I applied to the AGACNP track, I received the interview invitation, and scheduled it. Does anyone know what the admission percentage is for those who interview? or does Duke interview every applicant? anyways, I'm super nervous since Duke is my first choice! who's with me lol!
  14. Did anyone here applied to the Adult Gerontology Acute Care track? if yes, are you able to login and see everything?
  15. jackiean88, me too. I still can't log on either, it says "your not authorized to login"... It can just be that its just taking longer for some people.. Ive been on the tail end of things compared to a lot of people here, "A decision has been made" just popped up this morning for me... Im guessing we will have to wait until after the weekend to be able to sign in maybe? nonetheless, I'm checking every minute lol
