I applied February 18, 2020 I only received a response last week that my application was forwarded to the program for review and looking at it now this morning its asking this document.

How does this look like? Is this the PHOTO ID OPTION from the Office of the Professions?

Hello all, I received a prompt with outstanding document that I need to upload in my online account which is: Unencumbered New York State R.N. License. I uploaded my Registration Certificate. Is this what they are asking for?
