  1. Changing VA facilities

    Is there anyway to get boarded again other than leaving the system for a year? I didn't know anyone in the VA when I entered and came in under boarded with the promise of a reevaluation in 6 months that never occurred. I am now one of the most educated and experienced nurses in my unit, and the lowest paid. It's very frustrating as the NPSB at my facility doesn't believe in promoting anyone but their friends.
