    Lunch is rare. SNF is extremely busy and usually don't get too much help. Davita hires dialysis LPN's. Doctors offices. Administrator in Personal care. Look around for what LPN's can do in your area. SNF usually pays the best....

    No that's the way it is. That's why there is so much burn out with LPN's. They expect us to be able to do it all. Wait til flu season! Or if you have 4 falls in a row. I love my residents, but at age 62 there is no respect. Hang in there. Try to find a place with less residents. Personal Care?

    Nursing facilities always need LPN per diem. They pay more for prn. You choose days to work. Hope that helps.
