  1. @Tat123 we applied 2019 March and April
  2. @Diamondzee1 YAY!!! We’ll be in the same cohort! Did you scream on the phone? ?
  3. @Diamondzee1 LOL that's too funny! she called around 1:30ish and the school's caller ID comes up
  4. thank you @Diamondzee1! I hope you get called too! It’s been too long. LOL same that’s how I was! She was kinda chuckling on the phone cause I was so excited when I said yes ?
  5. @Sstsh37 yay! I'm glad the wait is finally over. We should do a group chat for those who got accepted for January that way we can keep up with important dates and if we have any questions. @publichealthfutureRN applied March 27th so it looks like they're pretty much done with March applicants now. Hopefully she starts calling April and so on
  6. Just got the call from Angel!!
  7. I’m hoping they call me soon. I’m also March ?
  8. @Sury Rincon OMG congrats! Which day in March did you apply?
  9. @Diamondzee1 no she never did. The only thing they told me was that there were about 100 people ahead of me and that’s when I checked before they called people for Fall 2021. Then the last time I talked to them on the chat, R told me that they were going to call people for Spring 2022 that applied for 11/2018-3/2019 and if I didn’t hear anything back by October 1, to reach out to them. I’m really hoping I get in for Spring ?
  10. I applied March 27th 2019! Hopefully they call me! Fingers crossed ?
  11. OMG congrats! When did you apply?!
  12. Hi everyone I have an update! They’ll be contacting people who applied 11/2018-03/2019 for Spring 2022 cohort. They’ll be reaching out within the next 2 weeks
  13. LOL SAME! I plan to start the program either Spring 2022 or Fall 2022 so I just want to be prepared and have an idea. I knew someone who graduated a little over a year ago from trade tech and her scrubs were navy as well. So yes, I think they recently changed the color to burgundy and have stuck with it since then. Hence the students who are almost done with the program still have the navy as opposed to the newer cohorts. Thank you for answering!
  14. Thank you! And the shoes for on campus have to be all black correct? Even the sole?
  15. To the students who are currently in the program, what color scrubs do we need for on campus? Thank you!
  16. For Fall 2020 semester they called names from August 2018-November 2018, so I don’t think they will only go through January and February 2019 applicants for Spring 2022. Especially if people decline their spots, they will go down the list more quickly. It seems like there were a lot of 2018 applicants so the fact that they’re finally done with applicants from that year is a good sign. They didn’t get any applications in December because the nursing office is closed for Winter break.
  17. Did they say anything about vaccinations?
  18. For those who got the acceptance for this Fall, have they said if they are making it mandatory to get vaccinated before you start the program? Just wondering because there is a lot of talk on the news about whether or not college students will need to be vaccinated to return to campus
  19. Yeah I actually emailed her this morning too asking where I was at on the list. I applied March 2019. When I first applied she told me to check in with her by email December 2020 to see where I’m at on the waitlist. But it seems like they haven’t even reached September of 2018.
  20. Did you attend the zoom meeting they had about going through with Spring 2021?
  21. I applied in March 2019. Not sure when I'll be starting but hopefully it's no later than Fall 2021 at this point!
  22. Yeah when I went for the verification workshop they told me it would be about a year. But then a lot of students are saying they waited 2 years but I also saw a post that there was an influx of students in 2017 and part of 2018 which made the wait longer for them and then it thinned out after that so we’ll see. I plan to visit the office in March since it’d be a year from my application date to see where I’m at on the list. Hopefully some people decline their spots because they’ve gotten in elsewhere which will move us up.
  23. Hi when did they tell you that you would start Fall 2020? When you went in to apply or just recently you checked status?
  24. Did they tell you when you would start?
  25. I know, it's really stressful but I'm trying to stay as positive as possible. I'm applying to Rio Hondo for Summer and PCC for Spring. I am currently on the waitlist for LATTC but the wait is so long so I decided to try other routes in the meantime.
