Hello- anyone else's status switch to "Referred to Hiring Department"? Mine was updated today! I have my BSN, RN license, PALS, ACLS, and BLS, volunteer experience, and completed my preceptorship in my first choice unit. However, I am a Northern California applicant.

Perhaps they'll reach out with denials after they conduct their second round of interviews this week.

Anyone not hear anything back at all for Adult Transitional? Never got rejected but didn't get invited for a second interview. I'm assuming its too late :,)

I think they do it per hospital it wasn't a Sutter wide event. I got an email a while back for Mills Peninsula advertising it, and I registered online. The Job Fair was in person for all units!

I applied to over 30 Sutter Positions for Staff Nurse I across the past 2 months, no luck until I attended a Job Fair and received an offer then. It was until after that they created a specific opening on the job site that I had to apply to.

Anyone still not hear back from Adult Transitional? Didn't get rejected but no interview invite either..

By the time I submitted my application I already had my ACLS, PALS, & BLS from June, but I didn't complete any other specific certifications for this app cycle

Anyone else's adult surgical or adult transitional track update yet?

My adult surgical and adult transitional haven't changed either. I think they're going by track? Seems like only adult medicine and peds critical care, and now transitional is starting to change. Fingers crossed! ?

I used UWorld and Archer! I did like Archer more, however the questions compared to the NCLEX were longer and gave more information. My questions for the NCLEX were super simple, not in the sense they were "easy", but it literally gave minimal information in the questions - at least for my set ?

They said last cohort was ~75 people and the previous one before that was ~50hires. This round they're planning to hire more than the last is what they said in the webinar so hopefully ~100 people give or take ?

Hopefully they'll start reaching out tomorrow, but will probs end up being on Monday. ?

The intro was short, just mainly focusing on UCSF! The second question was very similar to other nursing related interview questions as someone said earlier. The meeting went about 4-5 minutes over just because of all the candidates having to answer with such limited time. No one was was cut off abruptly.

I think we'll hear back no later than the 15th with an answer regardless if were moving onto the second round? Correct me if I'm wrong
