I just found out I was waitlisted for the OC campus. I’m going with my first choice of Rush University and will be giving up my waitlist spot. I hope this helps someone in their endeavors! Best of luck everyone!

Hi all, Has anyone received an update in regards to acceptances? It's approaching 2 months since the deadline and I'm considering choosing another option if we are not given an update by the end of the week.

Hey! So you do get an email indicating that they are reviewing your application (I haven’t gotten mine just yet this cycle), but I wouldn’t fret just because it hasn’t been a month yet and also the pandemic right now has more than likely slowed down the review process. So long as you’ve gotten your application in on time, you should be fine!

Same here as far as experience. I’ve worked as an admin in different industries, but I’m also currently a research coordinator for medicine. All of my volunteer work has been with mostly children but in sports settings.

Hey Morgant! I was also deferred b/c I turned in my application late, but I feel that we have a strong chance of getting because of priority probably. I’m at a 3.2 overall GPA with a 3.33 for Pre Reqs (Micro was tough). But yes, I’m also hoping I get in but I’m looking into applying to Rush and some California schools as well before their deadlines.

I haven’t received a response just yet. I’m aiming for a decision by the 15th or early August at least.

Hey everyone. I applied for the Lincoln Park Campus and submitted on May 13th, but from what I've been told, it's a first-come, first-serve basis. So usually, the earlier you submit your application, the earlier your decision. Hopefully, they provide a decision around the 3-4week mark.
