    Hell yeah, cancelled electives for 3 weeks, 2/3 of staff laid off yesterday...but have to remain sorta/kinda on call................

    Sooo, I've been challenged by my leadership to research this question...Do any of your facilities not require taking call after a certain number of years of service or after a certain age? We're looking into this, but some examples would help me with a proposal. Thanks in advance!
