  1. Congrats Etak! ? See you next week at Orientation!
  2. Just thought I’d throw out an update. I emailed Heidi confirming she had everything I needed to send in before the deadline today and she mentioned to me that they’ll be sending out follow up emails next week!
  3. I took mine at sac state as well in June. I ate lunch 1hr before and drank water beforehand- but discovered they allow water bottles. I finished the test really fast from nerves. It allowed me to save the questions I didn’t know until the end so I jammed through faster than I had in my practice tests by using that feature. I would focus more on being prepared!
  4. I sent the email 10 min ago to decline my seat. Hopefully someone gets in today. They might be busy working on orientation. Good luck to everyone!
  5. Whoever is still waiting don’t give up! I was accepted into my choice school today and as soon my transfer paperwork clears I’m passing my seat at CCSF. There is still hope for y’all!
  6. Thank you!!! I’m looking now, I’ll add!
  7. I am in! I’m in! Omg I’m freaking out. I was about to commute 6 hours round trip until I could relocate. I can’t wait to meet you all!
  8. So I see the site has been updated today and they are on alt #6. I am alt #7! I’m panicking. Does anyone know how long they give to reply to alt status?
  9. Thank you so much!
  10. Curious if anyone on standby has heard anything back? I’m hoping since the acceptance period and verifications have ended they’ll be sending emails soonish. I’m low enough on the list to have high hopes for a spot ??
  11. Someone should create a Facebook group for Class of Dec 2021 so we can communicate in the group and get to know one another for those who’ve accepted seats. Anyone know how to do that and willing? ?
  12. Are they still reserving 10 spots like they did last spring for the “corrections”?? I think that’s helped people move up the waitlist quickly in the past. I know it’s too early (not even a week day) but I’m so anxious I’m refreshing my email constantly! I am hoping when Chico releases announcements they’ll move quickly through the list!
  13. Thanks! I’m pretty sure they’ll do a second orientation. They want to fill their seats ASAP so they’ll go down that list immediately.
  14. Has anyone heard back yet? I have gotten my admit paperwork from every school except Chico. I made alt #7 at CSUS and got into CCSF but they are an ADN and I’d have to relocate, so I’m still really hoping to get in at Chico. They are taking so long!
  15. I accepted at CCSF but I was notified yesterday that I’m #7 on standby at Sac State- they typically get through at least 10-20 on their list, so there’s a good enough chance for at least one of you guys on standby to take my seat! I hope they make it to me because I live 20 min from CSUS.
  16. I got my notification. Alt #7 ?????? Says they were up to #15-18 the last 3 Spring semesters so I’m hopeful! I got into CCSF so I’m going either way but it would AMAZING to not have to commute or relocate (or go ADN Bridge route!) Do alts still attend orientation?
  17. I emailed SFSU they said they’ll do a presentation at the orientation and registration is August 2020 (not 19)
  18. Same! I got into CCSF still. Thankfully. So I guess I’ll be commuting for a minute and relocating to the Bay ?
  19. That can’t be right... that sounds more like 36 for the whole program. If not then I’m in for a rude awakening in January ? the semester schedule should be around 12 or so units. I’m also guessing based on the website- which was updated for next years cohort. We’ll learn more at orientation. I’m pretty sure we won’t be in more than the 3 classes and will only be in class 2-3 days a week- for now anyways. What I was told (2nd hand so take it with a grain of salt) is that we only go to class a couple days a week and most of our learning is self guided at home and the during clinicals. We’ll know what to expect soon though!
  20. The nursing schedule is fixed with Pharm 1, lab, and fundamentals (available on nursing site) and the spring 2020 class schedules are posted if you search “Nursing” as the class name they should pop up! I’m on social media: Tiffany Poe on fb or Tbird1987 on insta!
  21. I got in and am going to need to relocate from Sac. Our schedule the first semester is not too bad for commuting (it’s available already to see times) I have a few people with for rent apartments in the area. We should connect at orientation and see if possibly a room share is a good fit for us. If you’re interested?
  22. I got mine this morning in an email. I work noc shift though so I didn’t wake up to it until much later than others.
  23. I got an acceptance letter! Yay!
  24. I agree! This is supposedly the last year they are doing apps this way though. If you check the site it states that going forward they will only be accepting apps during Jan/Feb and TEAS is to be included with the apps. They must be stressed out doing it this way as well.
  25. Yes! We need to keep in touch about this after responses go out LOL!!!
