Sharp New Grad Summer 2022
I didn’t have any clinical questions! All behavioral. I feel like they were really looking for the right personalities to fit on the unit rather than skill set. Sharp really emphasizes culture so I think it’s important to answer your questions as someone who can benefit the team (communication, team work, leadership, etc.)

Sharp New Grad Summer 2022
Why Sharp and that particular unit. A difficult patient encounter. How I took initiative in a situation that was a safety issue. Valuable criticism that I received in the past. Describe a time when I experienced a “win” (that one was so random imo LOL). Describe a stressful situation and the steps I took afterwards. Honestly it was a lot of scenario based questions so have lots of past situations ready. It was like rapid fire questions. 3 interviewers and they all took turns asking questions. Interview was no more than 30 min.

SCRIPPS New Grad RN Residency (August/October 2022)
I was reading the post that mentioned March and I think that person is applying to for a different start date. There was an application that opened around March for a June start date. This thread is for the August/October start date. I dunno why that person mentioned that information here LOL but it was confusing. As far as the Modern Hire video interview, I got sent a link to do it literally right after applying. Did you not get an email for it immediately?

For Sharp, a recruiter reached out to me and asked what my top 3 preferences were. Then I was offered an interview maybe a few weeks after. No video information. When I said they were similar I was talking mainly about the application that was filled out. I guess the video interviews for scripps is technically part of the application but I don't think everyone gets the ModernHire interview email depending on what was inputed in the application.

Sharp New Grad Summer 2022
I got an email from Memorial from Acute Care and it had me RSVP before a certain time on a certain date but that time and date had already passed by the time I received the email. I RSVP'd anyway and was emailed by the next day. I know that they've been having issues with Workday (new system) so that could be why? Also, check your spam or other folders. For some reason I would get the emails in another folder. I'm also internal

Sharp New Grad Summer 2022
Yes thanks for making this! I was lurking this sub the other day and almost made a post but wasn't sure if it was too early haha. I graduate in the beginning of May so I don't know if I'll even be considered since the program starts so close to my graduation. Where did you guys apply? Any internal applicants?

I emailed -------------- last week and asked for my scores! He told me what my alternate # was too. I had an 84 TEAS and 3.5 GPA

National University Cohort 63
I was #2. I really didn't think they would be taking any alternates so I already mentally prepared to apply for the next cohort.
