I applied over 3 weeks ago and it's standard. It's been with the DMC for over 2 weeks now, this is the 3rd week

Not yet, I have just next week left before I have to resume.

I hope it won't affect the resumption date, my employer already wants to book my flight and have asked for my visa

Are you a labor and delivery nurse or learning and disability nurse. This will determine where to apply to. Most nhs will take a midwife but apply for a mental health nurse role if learning and disability

Won't it affect your visa application and other documents you already have including your passport.

Sorry about your osce. The new system is online submission and the forms are barcoded. I thought your employer books the osce on behalf of the candidate
