I spoke with someone today who is currently in the Gonzaga program. She was with her preceptor who also attended Gonzaga. She told me there are 600 clinical hours required and four immersions, two days each. Overall she really likes the program, she said its intense and recommends only working PT or not at all.

I would love to have those tips. I know this is an older post but if possible would you please pass along to me as well? Thanks!!

I will be starting in the fall and was curious. I also heard that there are changes on the way, I wonder how it will affect schedules. Also I am really curious about the instructors. I'm going to take my humanities class online through Rio starting on Monday. I have signed up for World Religion (phi243) but was wondering if anyone had any other recommendations for courses that would fill the humanities requirement. Maybe something you enjoyed or not! Has anyone taken World Religion? How about Philosophy? I know someone who took history of rock n' roll and did not like it at all. I would hate to be stuck in a class that I don't like. I mean this is the one class that I can actually pick!!! Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated!!:wink2: Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Rio Salado nursing program accepts students in the spring? And if they do has anyone heard anything about them changing this? Today someone from the district told me they were not sure if Rio would be accepting students in the spring semester they may only accept block 1 students in fall. Has anyone heard about this? I can't reach anyone over at the college and I'm trying to decide if I want to start this semester or defer until next semester. But I don't want to have to wait another year. Also, anyone know about the part time program at Gateway and when they accept students. Thanks in advance.
