  1. Hiii. I received an offer a few days after the open house. Currently undergoing background/onboarding.
  2. That's awesome! I love that you were able to check out the actual unit. That would've been so nice to see. I had a 1st CCU cohort interview already scheduled for the day after, so we chose to do it there instead. Very brief. Was offered a 2nd interview (I think most if not all CCU candidates who already had a 1st interview scheduled and showed up were granted a 2nd just from the little that I saw). I also interviewed with DOU, much longer, maybe 25 ish minutes or so? Hoping for the best!
  3. Did anyone else go to the open house yesterday? If so, what units did you interview with?
  4. Hey! I think it was a few days.
  5. I think this link is for USC Verdugo instead, but def a good idea to apply here too!
  6. I just noticed that the website now says the new grad app window is 06/19-06/26; that might be why we haven't been seeing much ?
  7. Lmao I am not laughing at you but I understand this and feel similar ?
  8. That's the one I applied to, although I am checking every day for other unit postings. The website says the following so I am assuming this is what we are supposed to do? "Please apply to any "RN Staff" job titles in Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU departments with availability."
  9. Yeah so I got that initial "hi we want to interview you" email yesterday, 06/07. Promptly replied with my availability. Then I got the glitchy repeat same email today, so I copy and pasted my yesterday's response just incase. And then like 10 minutes later I got an actual interview date and time. I assume she's going through and scheduling a TON of interviews so I bet more will be rolling out tomorrow. Especially considering the time of day mine came in, kinda late.
  10. For Keck, the new grad job postings are listed under "RN Staff"
  11. Okay just kidding. Got my interview date and time today ??
  12. Hey, yeah. My friend and I received the initial email yesterday and again just now. Not sure what that's about. We have not gotten interview dates or times yet.
  13. Hi, I believe it's specifically ICU units, but I can't confirm for a fact. The recruiter I was speaking with earlier this week said that new grad ER, ICU, and OR postings would be separate from the new grad program posting - which includes 11 other units. So that makes me think that ICU and ER are separated. Thank you!!
  14. Hi, Yes, licensure is needed at time of application. I was able to confirm that a screenshot is fine by speaking with a recruiter I have been in contact with. I think per community guidelines I'm supposed to refrain from posting specific names of people, but if you want to inbox me I can connect you with that information. Hope that helps.
  15. Hey everyone, Regarding my last post for anyone who also had the same question; you can apply with just a screenshot of your license from the BRN website. Also, got an email for 1st interview for critical care cohort today!
  16. Nope. The moment I hear anything, if I do, I'll post on here.
  17. Hi all, Was hoping for some advice. Is anyone familiar with how to navigate license verification for the application process? It says to supply a primary source verification document from the BRN, but I am a little confused on if I am supposed to pay the $20 breeze fee to send verification to HMH directly - or if I am supposed to acquire some sort of document to attach directly to my application. I'm confused ? TLDR; How do I provide HMH with a primary source verification document from the BRN?
  18. Hi all, I am applying for the current application window for upcoming August cohort. Do any of you recall how you uploaded your resume to your application? The website says: "Upload your resume only under the first screen "Quick Apply" Please read the instructions carefully because you will only have one opportunity to upload all of the required documents. Scan and convert to a PDF all documents outlined in numbers 3 through 5 into one single file not to exceed a maximum data of 5 megabytes. You will upload the documents in the "My Experience" section of the application under "Resume/CV". Incomplete applications will not be considered." Nowhere do I see a "Quick Apply" option. Do you all remember if you just attached it in a separate file from the PDF with documents 3-5? I don't want my application to be disqualified due to a minute error like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
  19. Gotchya! I ended up double spacing with a title. There weren't really instructions so I'm assuming that's fine ??‍♀️
  20. But I am still veryyy much crossing my fingers for us! Reading through this thread, it seems like minimal offers have gone out. I think they're gonna go out heavy this week. ?
  21. I don't think I've ever clicked on it before, but yes it says, "Welcome to the UCLA Health family" when I'm logged in as well as when I'm logged out. Does yours say something different? ?
  22. I think the onboarding and resources at the top right is there for everyone. If you go to log-in, before actually logging in, it's still top right. Meaning it's available for anyone to click on regardless of being logged into an account or not. ?
  23. Hi all, Creating a thread for those of us applying to connect with one another. The website currently lists June 5, 2023 - June 19, 2023 as the application window for the September 11, 2023 cohort. However, I do see what I believe is an open posting at this time. Also wondering, did you guys single or double space your personal statement? Thanks!
