    Most of the time the nurses don’t get appreciated; instead both supervisors and subordinate find faults in them. What they do is never enough. There is always leftover work for the next day. Should anything go wrong, nurses are the one to take blame. They deserve a lot of applause for their dedication and hard work. They take care of human lives from the first breath to the last and that’s a huge responsibility done with sacrifice, care, understanding, professionalism and compassion. They deserve more.
