Hello! Is anyone who is purely MSN or post-masters attending the in person orientation? I live in Kentucky currently and can't decide if it's worth it to go down there for one day versus just doing the online orientation.

Is anyone else doing post-graduate certificate WHNP or is everyone else obtaining first MSN?

I was emailing with admission officer regarding something besides admissions notices, but she included in her email that they "are still in the process of determining admissions offers" and will "have them them posted in the coming weeks" and that we will receive an email notification first. weekS! ahhhhh

I was able to complete my interview via a call on my cellphone as well. I had the same questions as well! The interviewer was very relaxed and kind and conversation and questions flowed easily. I was way more stressed out than I needed to be! I was told 2-3 weeks as well!

They said it’s working for some and other it’s not! Just did mine via phone!

Oh lovely... yes I just sent an email and left a voicemail for Coordinator (poor thing she must be very busy this morning trying to correct all of this!) I’m just sat here as well... assuming I should go ahead and reschedule my gym class for later, ha! (fingers crossed the interview still takes place today!)

Mine is saying the same thing... please wait for the host to start this meeting...

oh great! mine is supposed to be in 15 minutes- now I'm even more nervous!

Got an email to schedule my interview for WHNP PGC plan!

I am in a FNP program now and will graduate in October and take FNP boards at the end of November. I applied for the post-masters WHNP program so that I can further specialize and be board certified in both in order to expand my scope of practice.

I am not super hopeful as my background is ER and I am finishing my FNP now... but I am really wanting to specialize in women and make the shift out of the ER into women’s health!

?I just want to know... and to think if we do get an interview we have to wait to hear even more after that! I had thought everyone got an interview, but I guess this is not the case?

*My application had said "under faculty review" for a while before the email I received on 6/17 ... so I was a bit confused. Have not heard anything since 6/17 and it still says "under faculty review"

I too am interested in this specialty! I am almost done with my FNP and am hoping to get in to a post-masters WHNP program. My only concern is that there are not many jobs in this field!
