I been lvn since 2015. Worked only in assisted living and Homecare. I tried working in skilled nursing facility but it's too much. No decent meal I can't even use bathroom when I have to. What other nursing job that I can do besides working home health, nursing facility or Homecare. In a way I don't like working clinics. I only like one on one but also comes with more liability. I'm stuck. Any thought ?

I get home 1.5 hours after my shift which they do not allow overtime. I am considering going to back to school but I cannot afford it. what choice do I have?

I currently working in home care with 4 clients. Almost 7 years working there and lately with everything that's going on. I am not sure if I should look for another job. You mentioned about working in nursing homes. I tried working few times in several nursing home but I ended up crying every night when I get home. Now I feel stuck. I'm not sure where I should work or change my career.

Reading all people post in here. I am not sure if I will try to do home health nurse. I live the east bay Bay Area. It's is per visit here. Since I am not happy with home care jobs. I am not sure where To go. I am licensed nurse and I am not sure if I can handle nursing homes. I tried few times before and I cried. Should I changed career. Any ideas?
