I’m not currently taking any classes at AVC, but I was able to schedule an appointment with the nursing counselor the same day that I received my enrollment packet. It wasn’t specified on my flier either, I will see if she has any information on the day and time meet and greet as well & post it here.

Thank you! It can be completed it two visits spaces at least one week apart, I have the second half of my test next Tuesday. We’re you by any chance able to schedule an appointment for the flu vaccine? I called a few places but none of them currently had the 2019-2020 vaccination available due to it not being flu season.

Congrats! I was also accepted at AVC for the fall 2019 semester. I submitted the three forms that are due on the 24th, registered for a BLS class, and got my first TB test/titers drawn yesterday.

Hi :) I just spoke with someone from the Health and Sciences department and she said that they had a policy change and the name badge requisition is now a form that we will receive and complete with our instructor.
