Agreed! But we seem to be right on track with everything. I did my drug test at summit urgent care, which I honestly would not suggest. It was the most expensive now that I look into it of all the three suggestions from the packet. Additionally you dont get your own results, they send it straight to the school.

Okay thank you. I will try again to make an appointment. I emailed the women who had sent the secomd letter/ flyer. She told me as of now there is no determined date for the meet and greet.

Much better deal. Summit has the most availability hours whise but seems to be the most expensive.

Are you taking a class at AVC that you were able to get a counseling appointment? I cant get one until we get our first nursing class! And when is the meet and greet?! This is the first Im hearing of this. (Thanks in advance)

Thank you. What I was told from my doctor's office was that until flu season comes back around (October) the vaccine will not be available. The packet we got seemed to suggest it was fine to hold off until it was available again.

Congrats to you as well! As of now I have turned in the same three forms, signed up for BLS, started the background check, and made the appointment for all the physical requirements. How many visits will it take for you to complete TB?

Got my acceptance packet Saturday and have started the process this week, congrats everyone!

Was recently accepted into Antelope Valleys RN program, starting this fall (2019). Wanted to start a thread to discuss the requirements/ deadlines to fufill before the start date in August.
