  1. That is great. I’ve never heard that before. So true.
  2. Update: got in today and accepted. I wish everyone else the best of luck in getting in.
  3. Not sure if anyone is even reading this but I got waitlisted. I had 14 points - first time applying so could not get a 15th point. I miscalculated and had 14/14 rather than 13/14 but apprently still not enough. I plan on applying to Seattle Central and Tacoma CC now in case I do not get into Olympic.
  4. I am not a student but I did apply for fall of '19. I am also looking for info on what it takes to get in if any current students have any. I sure wish Olympic would be a little less tight-lipped on the prior cohorts' average points and such. I have not received an official communication from Olympic yet but I should have a 13/14 as well with my downfall being a B in English Comp (English 101) from literally about 30 years ago. That's right, I'm 46 now so to get in now would be really helpful. I have a BA already with a few As in higher level English classes but they would not accept those over English Comp because I have taken English Comp and that is what they are looking for. What concerns me is if there are 70 other applicants that have a rollover point and everything else in fine order I am out of luck but if that is the case so be it. I have done all I can thus far. I'm taking the CNA program right now at Whatcom CC preparing myself to apply to Seattle Central if I don't get in to Olympic. I'd be curious to hear feedback about Seattle Central as well if anyone has any. I've read some negative reviews online but they were from many years ago.
