@schan006 sorry for the late response. Just seeing this! Yes you do need the Chemistry textbook, there's an access code in there which you need for homework, quizzes & exams. You will also need a labpak for labs. Everything cost me about $550 plus tax(lab pack & textbook), I almost fainted ?.I am taking the class now & it's a LOT of information for 8weeks so be ready! You make your payment through your banner account, there should be an instruction on how to go about it when you actually get the email about the class starting(I think 2weeks before it starts). Let me know if you have any other questions.

@CAllen15 I meant Ashlee, she's the same person I'm working with. You are very lucky you've completed all your pre reqs. @schan006 I don't think that would be a problem. You paid for the class so it should transfer to anywhere else you decide to go. I think the whole point of taking the prep class with them is cause it automatically gives you preadmission status into the program as long as you pass it and it also allows you know how the whole online schooling thing works. @CAllen15 are you working with Amanda? This is the same thing she told me. I live in Syracuse so I wouldn't be commuting. Do you have to take any pre reqs? @mee are you talking about the Syracuse location or Florida?

@schan006 my thoughts exactly. I am hoping it all works out. Yes i'm sure they'll be orientation. They'll probably let us know as it gets closer.

@schan006 i am starting May 2020 as well. I have to take Chemistry as well. I start that in January.

@schan006The reviews are worrisome but i know at least 2 people that graduated from the program. One thing that they've both told me is that, 'IT IS HARD'. They said it isn't worth it for the amount you pay but it's doable. Hence why i'm still hanging on. Do you have to take any prerequisites?

I am..i'm just going to give it my all. Its the last shot i have. We can't give up.

@Futurenurse1096 I start Fall 2020 cause I have to take a chemistry class this fall( also at Utica, all online). I'll be moving to Syracuse from Rhode Island. The Hybrid format is also what's got me locked in & the fact that it's a BSN program.

@sleepymonkey022 are you in the Florida program or Syracuse program? I just got provisionally accepted to the Syracuse program. I have 1 class to take to complete my pre reqs. I am worried sick. This program has a TON of negative reviews. Are the professors helpful in answering student questions? Any advice truly helps. @Abatista9 did you apply? What campus are you looking at? @abatista
