BTW, does anyone know the total cost of Ohlone’s nursing program?? I’m sure they mentioned it at the mandatory meeting but I can’t remember! And on their site, I can only find cost of supplies.

Hi I know someone who is going through the evergreen program. She is actually vlogging her journey, you should check her out. Her YouTube is Taylor Rousseu! She’s really nice and actually I reached out to her w questions ab the program. I also had a coworkers friend graduate from Chabot nursing program, he just said he liked it but it was def intense. I’m sure that’s everywhere.

Hi All! Update: I officially got offered the spot at Ohlone for Fall 2019. I have until Monday to decide. I still have a spot at Chabot. But I am sure I will be accepting Ohlone. I will just take the day to think about it. Goodluck everyone!

Yes - I’m pretty sure I will be offered a spot.. but being that there is no deadline to accept/decline for Ohlone students, I might not hear back til June / July and Chabot has a deadline of May 24.. but I’m gonna stay positive! Either way I’m super grateful to be accepted at either school! Congratulations on your acceptance by the way!

Omg you should email them!! That may be why nobody knows if they’re accepted... lol I just know I’m WL #2 and hoping to get in.. also did you mean FALL 2019?

Hi guys, just a quick update for me. I got WL #2 for Ohlone’s program for the Fall. I will be waiting to hear back from them the next two weeks and if I do, I think I will be accepting Ohlone because it’s closer. But if I don’t hear back, I will be accepting Chabot.

I feel you, I’m in the exact same spot. I’m WL #2 for ohlone - I would wait the most you can to accept chabot because if you accept, you are taking that spot from another student. So I will wait as long as I can until I hear from Ohlone. But if I don’t hear anything the next 2 weeks - I will accept chabot. That’s just how I think would be best. I just hope students that know they will not be going to Ohlone decline acceptance now rather than wait 1-2 months

Hi everyone! I got into Chabot’s program but I’m Waitlist #2 for Ohlone... I’m hoping I get a call soon from Ohlone because I thinkkk Ohlone is my first choice.. if I don’t get a call within the next two weeks I will be accepting Chabot’s program. I truly hope students who already know they will not be going to Ohlone decline acceptance sooner rather than later.

so I’m literally at home sick and I wake up to emails reading all your posts... so I check my email..... AND OMG I GOT IN!!!!! I am seriously in shock right now. I swore I would be waitlisted. I am just in shock and speechless. I wanted to accept right away but I think I will wait a week or so to see if I here anything from Ohlone. I would definitely have to make a tough choice between the two but Ohlone is a lot closer to home than Chabot. I feel blessed even to have the choice between the two. I am so speechless. Goodluck to everyone who’s on the WL. Don’t give up hope - a lot of students also applied to CSUs and other schools and might decline the acceptance!! I will keep y’all posted with my decision.
