  1. Yes, I would say it is very competitive. I believe this last group there were over 800 applicants and 200 accepted between three campuses (Orlando, Daytona, and Cocoa).
  2. I am originally from Ohio, only one of my prerequisites was taken in Ohio. I had to file an appeal to have it count as a prerequisite. It’s not terribly difficult to file the appeal but you will have to file one for each prerequisite taken in another state. Also, I believe out of state tuition is higher.
  3. Well, hopefully we will both get into our first choice but if not.. we will be classmates! I will be commuting from Titusville.
  4. Oh, yikes that would be a long trip to Daytona unless you could move there. I am in Titusville so I’m about 20 minutes from Cocoa and an hour from Daytona.
  5. Are you in Cocoa? I’m very grateful for the opportunity no matter which I end up with. I hope you get off of the waitlist!
  6. Hmm, I hope not! I will go to Daytona, of course, but Cocoa is about 40 mins closer to me.
  7. I had gotten an email saying that I would not be removed from the waitlist even if I RSVP’d to Daytona because Cocoa was my first choice.
  8. I was accepted to Daytona and waitlisted for Cocoa. Hoping a praying I get into Cocoa. Anyone else in a similar situation? Would they put people already invited to a different location low on the waitlist? Also, I am 31... anyone else close to my age? I’m a late bloomer
