  1. I don't think they said anything about how the waitlist moves during interviews. I did listen to a podcast Dr.Bent was a guest on (CRNA School Prep Acadamy, sept 2021) and she mentioned how sometimes there is movement. However, it depends on when/if people withdraw after the offers due to many circumstances. They have a cut-off, I guess, for when they stop taking people off the waitlist if spots are available. It's not the exact answer you looking for, unfortunately.
  2. I did! It was pretty straightforward; the directors wanted to know your interest in the program and guide their clinical questions based on your answers. It flows quickly and nicely, still intense. I felt like I stumbled a lot, but that how I feel all the time with interviews LOL
  3. I know someone in Penns current class of 1st year SRNA, so their application cycle was Jan 2022 about a month later then this current cycle. They interviewed mid Jan/early Feb then found out decisions in March so its a quick turn around. Additionally, per a podcast interview with the program director in think it was 2021, they interview about 60-70 out of 140+ applicants for 28 spots. About 2-3 people per spot. I would imagine they interview Dec, maybe early Jan since the holidays are coming up, decisions Feb. Maybe not just estimating based on pervious cohort information!
  4. I am shocked, to be honest; lots of self-doubt so I never thought this would happed. To answer your question, it says it's in person, however, if the dates don't work, there will be more and maybe a virtual option (not sure the process)
  5. I applied in late October, and I got an email today (11/29) about an invitation to interview. Anyone else? The dates are next week, which is exciting and terrifying.
  6. I applied! Wondering if anyone has heard about interviews? Or do they start after the deadline?
  7. I asked my school about the process and this is what I was told, I should be looked into it more in hindsight. My plan is to continue with initial licensure in TN and hopefully endorse to DE (the site is giving me issues starting my application saying I'm not eligible?). I appreciate your time and thank you for your kind words and help!
  8. I am taking my NCLEX soon and my initial license will be a TN license since I was going to move from PA. However, life happens and that is no longer the plan and I accepted a job to work in DE. Does anyone know the process for this? I was told I could not change my ATT from TN once it was issued and was told I could endorse to DE. Since I will never live in TN and current reside in PA and worry I won't be able to endorse to DE due to the fact.
  9. I have an offer for the SICU! I may be looking for potential roommates!
  10. Its the SICU! Adult Critical Care track
  11. Congratulations!! I'm still waiting to hear back, (fingers crossed!), but I would be relocating from PA if it all works out!
  12. I have a conversation with the adult critical care SICU tomorrow! Good luck everyone, any insight to conversations? What they might ask? How many they might make offers too?
  13. Congrats on being accepted!! I really like the structure of the program and its have a good flow. The faculty is very supportive and knowledgeable and I have not had a bad clinical instructor yet. We did start completely online due to COVID so our experience is a bit different. The workload is manageable but the first Summer is intense so it is recommended not to work, but the rest should be fine if you have good time management. A facebook group usually pops up for the cohort so people found people to live with. The program did what they could with getting people to know each other but again hard with COVID, you find people to study with and work with in clinical. An IPad would be a good tool for notes and studying. However, you need a laptop to complete exams and online clinical experiences. They don't let you use Ipads for examplify.
  14. I applied for their longer program but then was contacted to apply for the ExpressBSN program instead and my application switched over. The interview was a video call since it was during the school year. I thought it went smoothly and just be yourself! I was accepted June 3rd so it took awhile to hear back.
