For those of you who got interviews, first congrats!! also if you don't mind me asking, did you do any clinical rotations at Palomar? Did you hold a job during nursing school? I'm licensed, have my bsn, have a cardiac icu preceptorship, and numerous leadership and volunteering activities on my resume. I'm trying to figure out where I'm missing the mark in my applications, as I did not get an interview

I'm external.. I wish I had access to the educator's email address! I also applied to memorial med-surg. I've been "under consideration" since feb 21st. I called a recruiter sometime in march or early april and I was told they haven't looked at my application yet, but now I'm getting nervous!
