No I haven't applied to dignity. I talked to my friend who works there and got into the new graduate program and she just told me to keep looking for their posting. I guess we have to keep our eye out around may! Thanks for the heads up!

Dont be bummed! It's not personal! I work there. My connections are pretty good and I haven't even gotten a call! It may just take time. Especially depending on the facility you apply for.

When applying you have to look for the positions that specify that it's a new graduate position. I applied to honorhealth but they wont consider you until you have a test date for the nclex. I haven't checked recently but I didnt apply to dignity because their new graduate program wasn't open yet

Very curious how people are doing getting hired with banner currently! I work at banner and I am having a hard time even getting my application looked at by the recruiter. How is it working out for you guys ?

Such a great way to look at it. The experience will be wonderful. I just keep telling myself that even if I dont get in as a new graduate, I can reapply after a year and once I get some experience. They are doing massive hiring and expanding these next couple of years! This is only the start of our careers!

From reading other post from other cohorts, sounds like we should feel accomplished that it got forwarded. Although, I'm not getting my hopes up. I know it's a very competitive program. I guess we will see. I am expecting that people will be contacted within the next week or two for interviews.

I am supposed to take mine in may. I have been through multiple nclex prep courses where this is a main concern. After looking at the new blue print (which I suggest comparing to the old version), there is not much concern. They made it clear that the difficulty has not changed but just the balance of the categories have changed slightly. They did mention that yes, SATA questions could be 1 or all but it is not likely. So my coaches emphasized on not expecting to answer like that. Just review the blue print, that's all I think we can do especially since we will be some of the first taking the updated version.

Have you done any clinicals with mayo? Which one seems more selective?

This may be a silly question but they are anticipating that people may not have graduated yet or taken the nclex, do you agree? I would suspect that their target applicant has an April or May graduation.
