  1. Was accepted as well, but I ended up declining. CONGRATS to everyone that got in. Good luck to those who are still waiting for letters! Check your spam!
  2. I also ended up declining my spot as well! Keep at it! They are going to be adding people till the end June. Good luck!
  3. Yes, I do! What about you?
  4. WOW!, I didn’t think you were going to respond! Do you know how many alternate were accepted during your cohort? Trying to get a good idea about this year, since my friend is on the alternate list and she is bummed about it! CONGRATS on becoming a new grad nurse! I bet you are kicking butt on the field :)!
  5. This is my second time applying! This school is my backup as I already been accepted to others. Hopefully we hear some good news soon!
  6. They said that they will send out acceptance letters during the month of June.
  7. Yeah, they are referring to the acceptance decision.
  8. Great news you guys! Admission office will give us extra time to pay for the intent to enroll!
  9. Hey Gatoweena, you probably will not read this but were you ever taken off the alternate list and accepted to the program? Thanks in adavance!
  10. I think it is 40.
  11. Hello, I wanted to know if anybody from the alternate list ever received an acceptance later on. Also, what number were you on the waitlist. Thank you
  12. I know! I told her about that directly-MSN route afterwards but her heart is on CSUF. CONGRATS! Thanks for the heads up. I hope you hear some good news as well! Good luck
  13. I know it’s early, but has anybody from the alternate list received an acceptance email? My friend is waitlisted for CSUF but was accepted at CSULA. And I think they have to accept their enrollment soon.
  14. Exactly! I know that I spent so much on calstateapply, nursingcas, and transcript. Also, I never heard of a school charging $50 just to evaluate transcripts. It’s totally BS. Luckily, I had applied to other nursing programs and I was accepted to a few.
  15. I have received an email from the admissions office and they said that we will not be given refunds for our enrollment fee regardless of the outcome. I don’t blame them but I’m blaming the nursing department. What is taking them so long that they want to give us our results until after the enrollment fee is due. It’s not fair for the people who do not go to CSUB.
  16. I have received an email saying that I am provisionally accepted. Does that mean we are provisional accepted to the nursing program?
  17. Has anybody received an email from the school?
  18. I found it weird that we need to accept our enrollment to the school before we know if we are in the nursing program. Kinda don’t want to spend $120 just to find out in late May that I did not get into the program. Has anybody else been hearing back from other schools?
  19. Just received an email from the BSN advisor. I was offered conditional admission. Did anyone else did?
  20. Just received an email saying that nursing admission will be giving out from May to August. Being accepted to the university does not mean acceptance to the program. Good luck everyone!
  21. Yeah, I saw the email. While I understand the concern, I do not want to wait another semester. Hopefully things change in a couple of weeks regarding the virus.
  22. Yeah do not stress over one point. If you are above 76/77 points, then you’re good.
  23. An 89.2 is really good. I know that you wanted a score of 90 to get those extra points. But hey you were still chosen. I am a Christian. I am a firm believer of the saying “ everything happens for a reason.” So we just have to keep pushing and not have anything stop us. And NEVER lose faith. By the way, they did ask me to reschedule. My appointment is now on April 2nd. Did they ask you?
  24. I just email the nursing department. They said they will start sending out emails this week regarding our application status.
