I just finished my micro class and ended with a B so my overall score should be a 19.

San Jacinto College ADN Fall 19
That was honestly a really smart idea, I wish I would’ve done that! I just feel like my score isn’t as competitive as others in past forums. Congrats to you though!!? hopefully we will both get accepted into this program as well.

San Jacinto College ADN Fall 19
When I turned my application in, Linda Navejar said that we would hear from them a month from when the application period ended. I turned mine in before the deadline and asked her if they were going to extend the deadline bc they usually do every semester and she said yes but I don’t remember the exact date. I think she said some time in the middle of May but they haven’t updated the Sanjac website on it so I’m not too sure.

That’s a good score! I hope more applicants see this thread and tell us their scores so we know if we’re on the lower or higher side of points.

I applied for central, did you apply??

San Jacinto Fall 2019
Well I have checked other posts from past semesters and I feel like it just depends on how many people are applying. I think 20+ points would get you in but I have seen people on other posts saying that they got in only with 18 points and then others with 18 points getting selected as alternates. I haven’t seen anyone with less than 18 points get in but not everyone posts their score on this website.

San Jacinto Fall 2019
Yes its okay to have one class in progress while you apply as long as you finish it before nursing school begins. Your ruberic will be calculated when you fill your application. The application has a certain amount of points for the grades you’ve gotten on your pre reqs, gpa, hesi test, and other things. Since you haven’t taken micro yet, when you turn in your application that’s not going to be your final grade. You have to give the nursing department another transcript showing them your grade after you finish the in progress class so they can also add those points to your final score.
