Oh wow. Well that was a teaser...my letter said Fall 2019. I hope it was just an error because they were rushing to get them out. The actual attached letter said Spring 2020 though..

Thank you for this information. I have a few questions. I have received the email stating my application will move on to the next round of reviews & to check SIS to make sure your information is up to date. I went in to double check & notice my old address from Woodbridge VA was still showing so I updated it to my new address in Dumfries VA. I will be out of the country the week of 10/14 & was wondering if we would be contacted VIA email only for additional information & what type of information would you need to show this address change. I have already submitted copies of our mortgage deed showing when we bought our house to the Woodbridge campus counselors office. I am trying to get ahead of the game to know what type of data is usually requested to confirm the address change before I leave out of the country for a week. Thank you so much!

Does anyone know why it took so long for the people who applied to the program the last semester to know if they were accepted or not? Was it because the extremely higher number of applicants or the new application process?

I wonder if you just get one extra point for the completion of the non-required co-requisite courses or if you get extra points on top of that if you got an A in the course too.

On the online information session it says you need to upload all attempts of the TEAS exam. I thought if you took it multiple times you only needed to upload your best score?

Does anyone know if NOVA accepts college transcripts electronically from parchment? I attended & graduated college from CT and wanted to submit the official transcripts electronically but I see they only mention they will send transcripts through parchment. Has anyone had NOVA accept electronic transcripts from another state? I know GMU does. Thanks

Does anyone know if I have my high school send me a sealed official transcript & send it along to NOVA for transcript evaluation will they accept it or should the high school send it directly to NOVA? Thanks

When you take the TEAS exam can you use the computer calculator or is that not allowed? Thanks!

I’m hoping they will let us know by the end of this week at least but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the end of next week. They did extend the deadline for the application by 5 days or so. That must be what pushed the decisions back. All we can do is wait...

That would be great because I would like to know either way.

That’s interesting. There has to be someone else who has more steps also or maybe it was just a fluke? Hopefully we will know the decisions soon.

When you log into your account you created to apply for the ABSN program, the 1st screen should say under review. You have to click under the actions drop down menu & choose progress. Once you choose that you will see all the steps completed. Mine is completed through Step 9 - the Under Review step. The next step is Step 10 Decisions/Notifications. For me at least that step says not started. I am guessing they finished reviewing pretty much everyone’s application package & now they have to look over everyone & make their decisions. Once step 10 switches from not started to in process I think we will hear back fairly soon. I hope this helped you. Good luck!

I think once the application status step Notification/Decisions is at In Progress we will hear soon. Mine still says Not Started. Hopefully we will know no later than the beginning of April at the latest.

Hopeful_NP when I look under my application it says under review also but when I clicked on the drop down Actions menu & selected progress it says Under Review completed. So I just had to drill down to see the step by step progress.

I’m not sure it would be nice if it was this week! When my GMU transfer application review was complete the acceptance email was sent the next day but I wouldn’t count on it for the ABSN though. So let the waiting continue lol

I just looked today at the application status and mine says the review process is completed. That means the decision letters should be e-mailed soon!!! I'm so nervous!
