  1. Yes Thursdays! My lead confirmed. Some of the tracks meet on Tuesday as well.
  2. I'm up in Bellingham, so I will be commuting. Hoping to take the bus in from Everett!
  3. I think you have a very good shot. I was #8 on the wait list last year for acute track and ended up as #4. #1 means only 1 person has to decide not to go! I will keep my fingers crossed for you!
  4. Do you want to email me? [email protected] I applied for the Acute track, and I was in care management, so I went back to the floor. I also have been volunteering in my community a lot. I know you can't go to the information sessions, but they post them online, so you should listen to them. They tell you exactly what they want in the essays. I think if they see your application again, with growth in leadership, you have a better shot. Join unit practice councils, work on projects that you can add to your resume, do things that a nurse leader would do. What references did you use? Did they meet the requirements?
  5. This was me last year....I think if you apply more than once it helps. Hang in there. What track did you apply for?
  6. It IS Christmas morning! I am in the AGNP-AC track! So excited!
  7. I figure the COVID may push our notifications back. I hear UW is closing next week...so we may have to wait. Last year I got my email about the wait list 3/7/19, (I checked this morning). Good luck to all!
  8. I was #8 originally...moved up to #4 fingers crossed!! What track did you apply for?
  9. On pins and needles!! This is my second try to acute care, made it on the waitlist last year. We should know any time now!
  10. Oh and no, you don’t have to pay until you are accuty accepted
  11. I have not...I am really hoping to hear something shortly after the 20th? I figure that’s when they will start talking to the wait list folks as people decline or don’t turn in their acceptance. I am resigned to applying again next year as I think it’s a long shot...but trying to stay positive!
  12. Thanks for letting me know! Waitlist acceptance is also due on the 20th, so that makes sense. I am not giving up hope, I figure if it’s supposed to happen this year it will! You all must be so excited!!! (Because I am still excited they didn’t just say “No”!)
  13. Anyone on the wait list for AGNP-AC? Or anyone accepted who wants to decline ? Not so patiently waiting for my spot to open.....#8, so I'm a total maybe.... hahahaha! Congrats to those that are in! Also, when do you have to tell them that you accept or decline? (Asking for a friend of course!)
