  1. I haven’t received an offer yet but I did two residency interviews for two Women Services units there and Kingwood. Did the recruiter who is in charge of WS Cohorts contact you about your offer by email or over the phone?
  2. Thank you both for this insight! I had an interview for a cohort in one of Women Services units last Thursday. I was told that I would hear back either yesterday or last Friday, and I need to contact the recruiter for the next following steps. However, I had called, texted, and emailed the recruiter -- I have to receive a response. But I will remain hopeful LOL.
  3. Quick question for those who had a HCA residency interview (and I’m NOT talking about the Hiring Event interviews) and gotten an offer, how long did the recruiter who represent the particular department to contact you about that offer?
  4. Wow, Congratulations to you! I hope that you will enjoy the residency. ? I doubt that I will get a callback or if they are still calling people. I wanted a position in a competitive department. ? I will keep on hoping though. I would might have HCA to fallback on if I never hear back from St. Joseph.
  5. For any interviewees that had an interview at St. Joseph Medical Center, had either of y'all heard anything back from the RN recruiter recently? I thought that we would be hearing back by this past Monday.
  6. No problem! I sent you their email addresses according to hospitals that they represent. Good luck to you.
  7. The hiring event is all of HCA locations that could be near you, they are just hosting the event at HCA kingwood. Yesterday, the event was at a Marriott near South Houston. I cannot PM you on here to send you the recruiters’ emails (I need to hit 15 posts first ) but if you can PM me. I can send you all of their email addresses. Someone already posted the link.
  8. They are still hiring. They are having an on-site hiring offer event today at Kingwood. I can PM you a link on it. Also all of the recruiters’ email. I don't think I can post their email on here since it has their names in their email addresses.
  9. I applied to St. Joseph. I’ll have a panel interview with the managers of ER, Labor and Delivery, and ICU departments (I had to choose my top desired 3 units because I had applied to all of their residencies’ openings LOL) tomorrow morning. The main recruiter had called me on Monday morning to invite me on for an on-site interview tomorrow.
  10. Thank you for the insight! I may see if I can attend the one tomorrow — just in case that I don’t get an offer position with the unit and HCA location that I have a pending interview with.
  11. Hey, has anyone attended the HCA staRN hiring event today? I was just curious if anyone was actually offered an offer on the spot? I’ve an interview pending with a HCA location early May.
  12. Yes, you would. I don’t know for the LVN applicants, but the ADN applicants, we received an email to upload the required documents on CastleBranch with a specific code, which it is around $30 to purchase an account.
  13. @kaleidoscope the instructor had emailed me an invoice to pay for the class before the class started. But I had emailed her as soon as I reserved for the class, so she would send me that invoice to pay for the class, as soon as she possibly could. I suggest that you should email the instructor so you can pay as soon as possible
  14. I did everything there - watch a video, watch the instructor, did it on my own, and did a little quiz. I was issued my card right there after all that. It was real chill. My instructor was Jacqueline Terrell.
  15. @Mojosynner I didn’t know that there are two threads for HCC Coleman ADN Fall 2019 admission. But I had replied to you here : https://allnurses.com/houston-community-college-adn-fall-t698203/?page=3
  16. I had gotten my flu shot back in September at my job because it was required that we get it every season to work with patients. Submitted that to Castlebranch and it was accepted But I can ask if it is required for us to submit, since it is a seasonal if you want
  17. I already did a BLS CPR class exactly a year ago and have an active CPR card. But when I was trying to register for a class, I just went to: https://ahainstructornetwork.americanheart.org/AHAECC/classConnector.jsp?pid=ahaecc.classconnector.home&courseid=1-5BPOMK&coursestyle=classroom&language=1001 And registered for a class that was near to me. It was quick, like less than 20-30 minutes (I guess because I did it on a Saturday at 8 am). I paid $60 for it and I got my card in the same day at the end of the class. Some instructors may offer for cheaper.
  18. Is that with or without insurance ?!
  19. Hey! I already done and submitted my immunizations and a Declaration of order letter from Texas BON (as a replacement for the Blue Card) that were approved with a Complete. I just got redo my MMR vaccination series because my initial titer’s result and do a physical exam.
