Hello everyone! Has anyone whom has applied and gotten a finalist email in an MSN or direct entry masters program?

@Dani_L I was accepted to Elmhurst. They never discussed what their waitlist stats were like, however I did decline their offer. They have 25 spots for 120 applicants. I wish you the best of luck getting in!

Does anyone whom has been accepted want to share their facebook info so that I can get the facebook group started? I cannot start it without at least one other person

76 admitted. I concur with @Ifi about the waitlist. They send a denial letter if you are denied admittance. Stats: UNDERGRAD GPA 3.7 (ELEM. ED.) PRE-REQS 3.8 Grew up in medical background. Lots of hospital volunteering.

@Dobi90_s I have not heard anything yet. However, I have read in past threads they send out decisions super early in the morning.

@Ifi Elmhurst and DePaul. DePaul is the last choice though as they are only an MS. Waiting for Friday seems so tortureous! 5 more wake ups until decision morning!

Oh my gosh @bbysoph I am in the same boat as you! One of the other schools I applied to was supposed to send out decisions last week but they were delayed to this week. So now I am doubly freaking out! Definitely need the RUSH yes ?

@Maki777 the type A in me NEVER even considered that one would miss an interview ?? but now I am wondering the same thing. 36% of applicants accepted seems soo scary. We have to keep each other updated on decision day. I know that I will be up like every 3 hours waiting haha (even though I think they have decisions out by 8a). That way one of us can start the COHORT 26 facebook group.

Dr. Lamb was my interviewer and some of those questions were the same but the last three or four were different/I did not get asked those. Goodness, the 8th seems much too far away! @Ifi Fall 2019. And you are probably right, I have a tendency to do that :).

I think they are asking everyone different questions because mine were indeed different from this.

@Ifi I’m usually pretty good at interviews but that one was a doozy. Even though I prepped, I felt like I was stumbling and no answers I gave were really good enough. ? I applied to DePaul Elmhurst and RUSH (RUSH is first choice) Has anyone heard anything since their interview?
