  1. If you search #gsunursing on Instagram, you’ll find some people posting about their experiences. Not many, but I did befriend a girl who has her account dedicated to her experience in the traditional nursing program. If you want, I’d love to keep in touch. I don’t feel comfortable sharing my # on here publicly and I can’t figure out how to privately message you on this site lol so if you want you can dm me on Instagram @julia.c.echols
  2. I finished my PINS Quiz, it took about a week for it to appear in my iCollege after I turned my acceptance form. I’m still unable to register for classes and it’s been about a week, have you been able to register? We need a group chat or something!
  3. I just got my acceptance letter to the ACE track in my email!
  4. I applied to both, but I would much prefer ACE
  5. Me TOO! Doesn't help that it's currently spring break and I have nothing to distract me. I'm hoping we hear back mid-April, but I have a feeling it'll be closer to May
  6. I know right. It’s a little upsetting for all the people who made the effort to submit their application before the deadline. Oh well! My advisor emailed me about it. I mean part of me was hoping people would get scared away by the earlier deadline, but ...not so scared that NOT ENOUGH people apply!!
  7. They pushed the deadline back to March 1...
  8. Ok, that’s what I thought too. Thank you! I had two academic recs so I was a little paranoid, haha. Hopefully more people post on this thread so we can all wait anxiously together
  9. Not sure if the deadline for the Traditional Nursing Track is in May like my advisor says or if it's Feb 15 like nursing.gsu.edu says, but I'm starting this now! I applied to both, but I only found a thread for ACE. TEAS = 89.3%, GPA = 4.19, Science GPA = 4.23 Good luck, I'm so so so nervous
  10. Yes! Staying in touch sounds good to me! I'm sure your healthcare experience will make you stand out among other applicants. Also, your TEAs score is VERY good! I don't know very many other people who are applying for Fall 2019, I know a lot of people who got scared away by the Feb 15 deadline and decided to apply for Spring of next year... Also, can I ask you a question? Are recommendations required to be one professional and one academic or can they both be academic?
  11. Sorry i'm responding a little late. I just found a thread! At the Atlanta campus if you get an A+ in a class, it's weighted as 4.3. I didn't know that wasn't a thing elsewhere. Do you guys know if recommendations had to be one professional and one academic or could they both be academic?
  12. Just sent in my application and I’m so nervous! TEAS: 89.3%, science GPA: 4.23, overall GPA: 4.19
  13. I just sent in my application and I’m so nervous and paranoid something is gonna go wrong lol. My stats are 89.3% TEAS, 4.23 science GPA, 4.19 overall GPA. Taking A&PII rn. Im downtown, not at perimeter, I could only find this thread. Hope everyone gets in. All yalls stats sound amazing imo
