  1. I’m in the Sacramento group, and I have not gotten the email.
  2. Possibly! Did your status on Kaiser ended up updating too?
  3. OMG, CONGRATS! How exciting. Still waiting on the interview email!
  4. Good luck with your NCLEX! You will pass!!
  5. Do you guys know if they will contact us before Thursday? Or are they sending out emails on Thursday? No update for me yet My thoughts exactly. Crossing my fingers!! Hang in there.
  6. Does anyone's job status change at all? Since interviews are coming up, hopefully, this week, they will start emailing us! My job status says: job submission completed. Does anyone else say the same?
  7. Hey guys! I also got the screening questions. Does anyone know how long it takes until they start emailing us if they pick us as candidates for interviews?
  8. Update: Hi all! I just wanted to say thank you for reading and taking the time to reply back to my post. It's good to see that we're all not alone and that it wasn't only me. For those who are new graduates and still looking for a job, there is definitely hope! I graduated back in May. Took my NCLEX in August. I have applied to several big and smaller hospitals. Finally, over 100+ applications later, I landed somewhere in one of my dream units. It is around 50 minutes away from my house in Sacramento, I believe it is worth it though. I have applied all over California, & was willing to move as far as SoCal or even another state as my last resort. For those that are wondering, I had my ADN, many hospitals hire just ADNs. I'm currently in an RN-BSN online school. I had prior experience as a vaccinator, and some hospital volunteer experience. Good luck everyone!!
  9. I'm not sure how long the process is. I've applied and I haven't got any phone calls or emails, but my status did change from Under Review to Reviewed by Hiring Manager. So I hope thats a good sign!
  10. I have not upload any cover letters
  11. Good luck to us! I applied to a couple as well. Let me know if your status ends up changing to anything. My application currently still says Under review.
  12. Congrats on getting moved forward for an interview! That's exciting! Let us know how it goes. ? Hoping my status changes too soon
  13. That’s great! Did they call or email you? And was it for an interview?
  14. I’ve heard some people saying it took 8-10 weeks to finally see a status change after applying. Good luck everyone!
  15. Hi all! Just wanted to start a post for the Sutter Health, new grad jobs that were recently posted in October. There were medsurg, ortho, pcu, cardiac recovery positions for the greater Sacramento location. Has anyone else applied? Feel free to leave a comment! ?
  16. I also applied! My application still says “under review” does anyone know how long the process usually takes?
  17. Does anyone know the Pay/hr for Scripp? Im from Northern California looking to relocate.
  18. Wanted to start a post about New Grads in California. I’m from Northern California, Sacramento specifically. I graduated in May 2021, passed my NCLEX on Aug 2021. It’s October currently & still haven’t landed a job yet. I had an interview for a hospital 45-50 min away but no luck since they required a 2 year contract. As of now, currently applying anywhere with a new grad opening hoping I can get more interviews! I also applied to UCD I’m wondering how many people are in the same position as me since California is competitive. How long did it take for you or others to finally land their first nursing job at a hospital?
  19. I also applied! Haven’t heard anything yet. Does anyone know how long the process takes?
  20. Hi everyone, New nurse here! Just passed the NCLEX on August 2021. Was wondering what the difference between New Grad RN program VS applying to a Regular RN job? I know New Grad RN programs are orientation are typically 12-18 weeks depending on the hospitals. How long is orientation if a brand new nurse were to apply at a regular RN job? Thanks!
  21. @JazzyO For the enrollment criteria: I had to use the computer to calculate the points. I used Google chrome to open the enrollment criteria, and I clicked the circles/bubbles (dont know what its called), in all the boxes, when the bubbles are filled the numbers will pop up. At the end I pressed calculate at the bottom of the page. It will tell you the total points whether you qualify or not.
  22. Hey! Its my first time applying to SCC. ? good luck!! I'm thinking of applying to delta college too, but I read somewhere that they only accept active students?
