How do we take the TEAS 7? Can we take it at home? I haven't studied for it at all.

As far as I know Sierra college is closed due to corona virus precautions. This is probably delaying everything. dont expect them to give us answers as quickly as last year. Last year their application period was open from 02/01-04/15 that’s two and a half months of them continually working and checking applications to see who qualifies. So they were checking them off as the go. Now everyone turned their application in just 28 days that’s why they are “crazy” over there right now. breathe as you won’t hear anything yet

You should absolutely look into all local community colleges most ADN programs cost $6,000 without any financial aid. If you have good grades and good TEAS score you should be able to get in!

If you have LVN you should absolutely look into local community colleges. If I remember correctly it only takes one year to become an RN. Chamberlain gives you a few unit credits towards BSN but it’s a drop in the ocean. They are for profit school and transferred only 54 of my 120+ units. You really don’t win much by doing this accelerated program when they make you take all those GE classes. My sister in law went to ARC for her ADN and now doing her bachelors online through Phoenix, it’s taking her 11 months or something like that from ADN fo BSN and cost is like 12k. You did a lot for that LVN, don’t let it go to waste! All community colleges in the area give you extra points on your application if you have CNA/LVN license.

If anyone is curious I got in with an overall 3.3GPA, 4.00 science GPA and 91% HESI. Also had a typo in my passion statement. However, I denied my spot because I got into Delta College in Stockton which is way cheaper. HESI wasn’t bad at all. Way easier than TEAS. Make sure you know military time.

Yes. Very annoying. They did this to me too. They are making me get actual titers again after I get my boosters. And they rejected my immunization proof for one of the vaccines but accepted the same paper for others. It was exactly the same paper.

Why is NSO only $25 when our packet says $35? I just bought the policy and it wouldn't let me type in ADN as area of study/certification, I just put RN in this field. Hopefully they accept it, what did everyone else put?
