Howdy! ? I am currently a cath lab nurse. I've been doing this for about 1.5 years now. I love most aspects of the job. However, the call requirements are starting to burn me out. I like the 4x10 shifts, but because of call requirements, and just general late hours, I end up being at the job 45-55 hours a week (plus having to hold the pager at home). I am reaching out on here to see if anyone would share their 3x12 job that isn't the standard bedside job (ICU, PCU, M/S, etc.), and what you like/dislike about it. I appreciate you in advance!
