  1. Looking for some clarification. I'm a Massachusetts resident, currently have my MA nursing license. I'm applying for my NH license, a compact license state. On the application it, I have to attest to a statement: "I do not declare New Hampshire as my primary state of residency. My permanent residence is a state not participating in the nurse licensure compact. My license will be valid in NH only." Does this mean that because I am not living in NH, I will not have compact status? Any insight here? Thanks.
  2. I'm going into my last year in my ASN program in Massachusetts. Anyone have recommendations for an online BSN program (accredited and will accept MA students)? So far I'm linking Aspen and Fitchburg state (price is right). Any and all suggestions appreciated. Pete
  3. The Partners Healthcare hospital (Boston) that I work for, North Shore Medical Center, gives bonuses.
  4. Hey. I'm in my mid-20's and have been working in healthcare for nearly 6 years (EMS, ER, Cardiology, teaching EKG). I'm starting at LM/RC ASN program (Medford, MA) I'll be starting 101 (Fundamentals) this fall. I'd appreciate any and all studying tips...I'm quite a bit nervous about time management, what to study (book VS powerpoints), etc. I'm all over the place. As someone who needs to work during school to pay bills and maintain health insurance, this adds to my anxiety. Some people I've talked to tell me to work as little as possible, yet others tell me they worked nearly full time... Any tips are appreciated. Thanks
