    I work L&D in charlotte. Mother baby would probably be boring-ish to be honest for an ICU nurse. Our training takes about 6 months and its a huge change, but its also so amazing to work there! I work at cmc main and we do LDR... then postpartum is a separate unit. My advice is to just apply. I participate in interviews and we like ICU experience!
