I would like to talk with someone who has taken or will be taking the RN refresher course out of Greenville, SC. I have been told by the SC board that is one of two ways I can have my SC license reinstated. The other way is to take the NCLEX again, and I'd rather not do that. And advice? Also, I apologize for all the repeat messages; I am new to allnurses and have no idea how I did that! Thanks!

  4. I am licensed in VA, live in SC, and recently received a letter from VA stating SC is joining the compact-I believe the effective date is 2/1/06, but not sureof the date. VA tells me I must move my license to SC, but this is a bit of a problem because comptency requirements in VA and SC are different. I'm sure the SC board would help with the date. Any one know anything about RN refresher courses?
