  1. does anyone have any insight on how it works after you finish the residency program? let’s say you want to transfer to a different floor within scripps that’s not offered for the new grad program? i just wanna know more about the transition programs and i can’t find any info beyond emailing the HR coordinator!
  2. I told myself I would post after I did the PVT trick. Much like others, after the NCLEX I felt absolutely crushed and defeated. I had 265 questions and I wasn't sure if I passed or failed; all I knew was that I was dangerously flirting with my license. I did the PVT trick approximately 3 times before the 24 hour mark because I couldn't wait and all I could do was extensively google and read all nurses. I did it and got the "good pop up." Alright I thought, I'm still in this. I did it after 24 hours and I got the "good pop up!" again and I was overjoyed. However, all my classmates who took the test the same day as me already posted on the BON website with active licenses and mine wasn't there..... I was extensively and desparately trying to rationalize why mine wasn't up there if my ever so trusty PVT trick told me I passed. Did I fail? Am I the "one friend one time it didn't work?" After what seemed like an eternity for another 24 hours, I did my Quick Results and I PASSED!!! IT WAS HONESTLY A MIRACLE. So yes, the PVT trick worked and I'm not sure if it fueled or quelled my anxiety, but I am a testimony that YES YOU CAN PASS IN 265 QUESTIONS! Don't give up hope!
