@Caitlintowns, my status said "Under Consideration" for the longest time, even after the time candidates were selected for initial interviews and given job offers. It didn't change to "No longer under consideration" until the Memorial email went out telling me that my application was not selected at the very end of the process.

This is my second time applying to the Memorial Residency program. The first time I applied in Dec 2020, I did not get any responses. However, last week, I got an invitation to interview for one of my top three tracks. For the second time, I did not hear back from NICU or Peds. I had my initial interview this week and was told that I would be notified next week if I would be invited for the 2nd round of interviews which will be face-to-face. Good luck to everyone who applied! I know this waiting game is difficult and long so let's keep the faith and stay positive and hopeful.

Per Chere Robinson, the program coordinator, at one of the info sessions, out of 180 applications that are submitted and meet FAU requirements, only 95 are given interviews. Then out of those 95 interviews, approx 45 are given preliminary acceptance which is contingent on the background check and final review of transcripts. Hope that helps.
