  1. You can take pharmacology either Saddleback or LBCC.
  2. SAC accept HESI score. I submitted HESI and accepted in the program last year. They don't provide conversion chart to the students, but I remember that my HESI score (82) was given 10 point or so.
  3. They also accept ADN225 Pharmacology from LBCC.
  4. Hi all, I have a question. Did you finish uploading all Castlebranch docs? I'm not sure if I need to wait until the first day of class or just upload all anyway. (HIPAA post-test, for example) (If anyone has created a Facebook or Instagram page please let me know!)
  5. The e-mail that I received indicates my name and student number and more details attached. I have to let them know if I will accept or decline by December 2nd. and we have an orientation on December 10th. But the strange thing is that I can not enter the homepage link. Now I'm afraid if this is a scam or unexpected error.
  6. I just got the E-mail that I got accepted.
  7. Congratulations that you're in! I got into SAC but I'm still waiting for Cypress since it is much closer. All my concern is I only have 29 points because I took philosophy critical thinking instead of English103. lol
  8. Hi. I was accepted last week, and I gave up my spot today. I decided to accept somewhere which is closer to my home. Good luck everyone!
  9. I got accepted! My letter doesn't indicate the range of points but I believe I have applied with 90 points.
  10. I called them today and they said they may send out the letters tomorrow.
  11. I dropped my application today! They said the result will be sent by 2nd week of November. Good luck everyone!
  12. Yay, I received an email too! Good luck to everyone!
  13. I've applied to Mt. SAC, and will be applied to Santa Ana College as well. How about you?
  14. Time line for Spring Semester application period First week in June, HESI testing dates and times posted. Application link opened July 1 to September 1. Emails to applicants chosen for Counseling Appointments during the first 2-3 weeks in September. Counseling appointments September to October as listed on emails. Nursing Admission Committee Review November. Emails to applicants chosen for Spring Semester during the last 2-4 weeks in November. Nursing orientation for Spring Semester within the first 3 weeks of January. Note these are approximate dates and may vary slightly with each application cycle.
  15. Actually my first choice is Cypress, since I live near Cypress! How about you?
  16. Oh, nice to see you here. I wish you all the best of luck!
  17. Hi! May I ask how many point you've applied with? I only have 29 points and it makes me so nervous. Good luck to you by the way!
  18. Hi! I believe even if you don't use them as a prereqs/GEs, you need to input all the school you'd been attended so far, and submit all the official transcript. That's what I've heard from the info session. I hope it helps and good luck!
  19. Hello, Has anyone applied to Cypress for spring 2020? I've applied and submit all of my documentation yesterday. Good luck to all!
  20. They do. Check below: https://sac.edu/AcademicProgs/ScienceMathHealth/Nursing/Documents/Spring 2020 Multi-Criteria Admission Process Grid.pdf I took both HESI and TEAS and I think TEAS is much more difficult. They require chemistry as well. Reading script is way too long compared to the HESI.
  21. I believe Santa Ana College also accepts the HESI.
  22. I just applied to Cypress College! I will be also applying to Santa Ana College in two weeks.
  23. Hello, I'll be applying next month as well. This is my first time applying to a nursing program and I'll be applying to SAC, Cypress and Mt. Sac. I currently have 80 points without TEAS. (Finished all the prereqs and GEs including medical term and pharmacology, have CNA experiences, and BA degree) I'll take my TEAS 6 this Thursday (so nervous!)
  24. I applied with 86 point. Best of luck to you all.
  25. Hi! I have a question. Should I finish all the nursing GE before applying? I finished most of them except English composition II and History, and I'm wondering if I can still apply to the program. Thank you!
