Sounds like you're pretty well prepared! Do you think they will mind if you take the drug test right when you get back? They should give you a receipt saying you've completed the test and it took about 7 days to get mine back...I feel like as long as everything else is completed and uploaded and you've at least taken the test you should be okay.

I would request a list of all of the immunizations/titers from the school so you can start working on that now because you may need to get some shot series if you are not immune. Do you have your immunization records? If not you can request from the Oregon Alert system and they give you a full list which is awesome. It's weird they don't give you access already, I'm starting in Janurary at OHSU and have had access for awhile. Also I would take your CPR class and stuff before you leave and then try and get your drug test done right when you get back? And like someone else said have all of your documents ready to just upload bc it may take a few days to verify. Have you talked to your school about possibly giving you access early if you explain the situation?

I'm not sure if anyone else has heard but apparently they are offering a Winter cohort start option for the ABSN for those wait listed! I got an offer yesterday, pretty shocked to say the least because I was listed as "moderately likely" to get in.

I got an offer to the 3 year BSN and the ABSN. I will be accepting the ABSNs offer so that means they will move down the line for the 3 year BSN and offer my spot to someone else. I was listed as "highly likely", so progress is being made!!

I'm an alternate at Clackamas as well. It's strange because my email says to not come to the orientation, although at our interviews they said to come to it if you are an alternate. Did anyone else's email say this?

No, and they won't tell you unfortunately. All they will say is that they use the previous years wait list acceptances to get an idea for this years. They are pretty close mouthed about the wait list at all (I got wait listed for the ABSN as well so I already tried to ask lol).

I'm sorry to hear that, but you honestly never know, a lot of people get accepted into a community college and prefer to go that route. So you could definitely get in still! My understanding is that after you get an interview, they only consider your score from the interview and the proctored essay, they actually do not use your GPA to determine your entry once you secure an interview.

So they sent out an email saying if you didn't receive an email last Friday with a decision that you should email them, seems they had some technical difficulties perhaps! That being said, I got an interview at CCC! I'll be there this Friday at 1:30pm.
