Some of the interview questions we ask @ my facility are: 1)What does good customer service mean to you and give some examples. 2)If you observed unethical behavior by another staff member, what would you do? 3)Tell me about a stressful situation you have encountered and how did you deal with it. What, if anything, would you do differently? (Gives a good idea of what they may consider stressful, how they manage, and can they admit to making mistakes, but learning from them, or do they have their act together) I think it is a great idea to have staff as well as management interview applicants. We usually try to arrange the unit tour with the staff member and give them some private time for a Q&A session. Good luck.
