  1. Misdemeanor/Felony?

    I was charged with a possession charge and a misdemeanor theft charge at my job and of course had my license suspended. It's been 2.5 years. I am trying to get my license back. My attorney said that the charges will probably be dropped, but in the meantime, should I send in reinstatement paperwork for my license? I do not have any previous charges. Even so, I wonder if employees would be looking to POSSIBLY hire someone with pending charges..TIA
