  1. I think it all depends on whether the selectees are gonna accept or decline the offer. Good luck! I also applied for the 2-year and still waiting on my results.
  2. Hi there. I believe you’ll get a call from your recruiter first. Then you’ll receive an official email after.
  3. My recruiter said results should be out mid-November for both 1 & 2-year.
  4. Thanks. I’ll try to contact my recruiter bc I also applied for the 2-yr.
  5. Hey @Derick C. Just curious, when you found out the results, did your recruiter say anything about the stats for this year or the program in general? Still haven’t heard from my recruiter.
  6. Sorry to hear that. I haven’t heard from my recruiter yet.
  7. Haven’t heard anything from my recruiter either. But results should be out pretty soon! If any of y’all gets the news first, Don’t forget to let us know. Good luck!!!
  8. Just read your personal statement too! I think you got this! ????
  9. Hope we all get in!! Also, there's actually a group page on facebook called "US Navy Nurse Candidate Program." Great resource to ask questions!
  10. Hey Derick, From what I understand, the board don’t just look at your GPA. As long as you’re a well-rounded applicant, you should be good. I’m surprised your recruiter doesn’t tell you any info. I actually found out all of my interview scores from my recruiter.
  11. That’s good news! Let us know when you find out!
  12. Hawaii. Yes, I asked my recruiter as she’s the only medical recruiter for the whole state.
  13. Just found out that there’s only 2 of us out of my state who applied to NCP.
  14. I asked my recruiter but she didn’t have any idea on how many people applied for the 2-year. The results should come out by early November.
  15. Regarding the deadline, I also heard from my recruiter that they’re extending it til Sept. 15.
  16. Hi there! Also heard from my recruiter that they’re accepting 10 for the 2-year scholarship. Just recently submitted mines. It’s been a long process but I’m glad it’s all done now (I hope lol). As for my stats, I have a 3.93 GPA, CNA experience, prior military, and involved in different leadership/volunteer activities. I’m not sure if GPA plays a big part but I’m pretty sure they don’t just based it off of grades. Motivational statement and interviews will definitely make a difference. Hoping to hear the good news when the time comes! Good luck!
  17. Nice. If you don’t mind me asking, what were some of the questions asked? Any tips? Thank u
  18. Hey Derick, I am on the same boat as you. I'm also applying for the NCP 2-year program (FY2022). I heard it's very competitive as they only accept a few applicants each year. I Just recently passed my physical exam at MEPS, and now waiting for my interviews with 2 Navy Nurses. Did you do your interviews yet? If so, how did it go? Good luck to you!
  19. Did you find out more information about the application? I’m interested in applying as well but I’m also enrolled in an ADN program with an RN-BSN bridge.
  20. Hi there! I’m an ADN student heading for an RN to BSN Program. I’m also interested in NCP. Did you end up applying?
