  1. Note: To everyone who got accepted, enjoy ur life to the fullest for the next few months because went we all start .. we wouldn’t have no life ?. So party, hang out and spend as much time with family from now!
  2. I would be commuting.. from Manhattan
  3. Has anyone started a Facebook page as yet ?
  4. Hi, so I called today to find out. I was told that once you start at New Rochelle u have to finish at New Rochelle, which also apply to Rosa Park.
  5. I was planning on attending there, since it's closer to me, commute wise. But it's only offered in the spring I was told. So I decided to do New Rochelle campus.
  6. Hello, congrats to everyone who got accepted into the program. I also got accepted as well. I applied in November and received my letter in Jan. It took longer for me because I had two prerequisites to complete. So I placed my application on hold. I completed one during the winter break then sent in my grade Jan 15 and got accepted on Jan 23. Although I have a good GPA for my bachelor degree(3.62) my associate GPA wasn't good. (2.0) (being young, doing dumb things) So my cumulative GPA was below a 3.0 and to get into the program a 3.0 or above it required. This didn't stop me, I was determine to get into the program. I received a 3.5 GPA in the winter class which brought up my cumulative GPA to a 3.0. Am writing this to hopefully encourage or motivate someone who may have thought of giving up. DON'T. If your dream is becoming a nurse and there's a wall in front of you, Don't give up.
  7. Update ..hey guys, it's been a while since I've been on here. So I decided to attend another college for the ABSN program. Don't get me wrong, Molloy is a great school but the biggest problem I have with them is their ABSN program being too long. Good luck to everyone that's applying. I hope each one of you get in or get to start ur nursing degree/career very soon. Good luck.
  8. Lol calm down lol they're not lying to you. I hope they're not. Only myself and one other person so far got letters to take the exam. I haven't taken the exam as yet. Plus we both applied to the dual program, which is different from what you applied for. Don't get scared or over think it. It's still early in the application process. You would hear from them soon. I'll update you if I get anymore information.
  9. I don't know exactly what's the GPA requirements for the regular BSN program. However, I do believe that you have a chance of getting accepted due to ur current GPA. You wouldn't get into the second degree/dual program because (1) you need to have a bachelor degree already ( in any major) and your GPA has to be 3.3 and above. Once you applied to the regular BSN program you should be fine. Fingers cross that everything works out and you get accepted. Good luck!!
  10. Update: I got a letter today to take the exam.
  11. Did anybody receive any news so far ? I haven't received any letter on doing the exam as yet. It's stressing me out lol.
