  1. Hey girl, I've been a CNA for 7 months on the general surgical unit/trauma. I feel ya on being a perfectionist. Basically you will get better at getting everything tone quicker, it just takes time...charting and remembering what happened throughout the day.
  2. Hey your not the only one! I'm a christain as well and always I felt like my strong point was being patient with my patients lol. But now being on the floor of General Surgury we get a lot of people than seem like they are doing nothing to help change their current condition, and it has gotten under my skin. I love these comments with realizing your not perfect and also not judging. Those two points are super important to remember. I don't have the answers, but stick in there I think the devil is just trying to get you down.
